Michael Rizkalla, OTR/L, MDT Michael Rizkalla, OTR/L, MDT
Michael Rizkalla, founder of Trinity Rehab, is a native to Melbourne, Australia. Australia is the home of extensive cutting edge manual techniques that continue to revolutionize Physical Rehabilitation all over the world. Graduating with high honors from Australia's prestigious LaTrobe University, Michael went on to specialize in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. In an effort to further specialize, Michael relocated to the United States where he undertook further training in Complete Decongestive Physiotherapy and was one of the first to offer this specialized Lymphedema Therapy in Monmouth County, New Jersey. For over thirteen years Michael has combined and utilized all of these techniques, including the latest technologies, to better serve his patients and his community.
   
Rose Cabornero, PT Rose Cabornero, PT
Director of Middletown
Rose holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from New York University, and a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University. Rose has previously worked at the renowned Mount Sinai Medical Center in Manhattan, NY, where her extensive professional experience encompasses sports therapy, immediate orthopedic post operative care, and treatment of the neurologically impaired due to traumatic brain injury or stroke. Rose is a Certified Kinesio Tape Practitioner (CKTP), Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) , and Pilates Basic Mat Instructor. Fluent in English and Spanish, Rose focuses on manual therapy as well as proper exercise form and execution to optimize patients' rehabilitation.
   
Donald Odgers, PT, DPT Donald Odgers, PT, DPT
Director of Old Bridge
Don holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). Don started his professional career as a certified personal trainer and enjoyed closely working with people, helping them accomplish their health and wellness goals. Looking to further his education, Don received a Bachelor of Science degree at Rutgers University School of Business and continued to on to UMDNJ for Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist Don continues to enjoy closely working with each patient, educating and encouraging them on overall wellness as this a major factor for long term rehabilitation results.
   
Jeralyn Primerano, MPT

Jeralyn Primerano, MPT
Director of Matawan
Jeralyn holds a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Hahnemann University.  For over sixteen years Jeralyn has proudly and passionately worked as a physical therapist serving a wide variety of patient populations in the outpatient setting.  She specialized in the McKenzie Protocol, which makes her an expert at treating neck and back injuries.  Her true passion is working with these orthopedic spine rehab patients.  Jeralyn even co-managed the Spine Center at Hackensack University Medical Center for five years.  Ultimately, Jeralyn would like each of her patients to optimize their overall mobility and physical health.

 

   
Lisa Lisa D'Oria, PT
Director of Long Branch

Lisa D'Oria is a graduate of Northeastern University. She relocated to Hawaii, where she worked as an outpatient orthopedic specialist in spinal rehabilitation. During her time in Hawaii, she was able to combine her love for outdoor athletics by becoming a certified personal trainer as well as maintaining her spinal specialization. Currently, Lisa is the Director of Trinity Rehab Long Branch, which is a perfect venue to apply her talents as an orthopedic spinal therapist and personal trainer.
   
Valerie Valerie Dellocono, PT, MTC
Director of Brick

Valerie Dellocono graduated from Quinnipiac University in 1997 with a Bachelor's degree in Science, specializing in Physical Therapy. She spent the first few years of her career exploring different settings of physical therapy, including acute hospital, subacute rehabilitation, long-term care/skilled nursing, and wound care before finding her passion in outpatient orthopedics. She furthered her education by receiving her Certification in Manual Therapy in 2007 from the University of St. Augustine in St. Augustine, Florida; a specialty certification that is held by only 2500 physical therapists worldwide. She has spent her career continuously furthering her clinical knowledge by attending evidence-based continuing education seminars and courses along the east coast. Her approach to patient care is eclectic and tailored to each individual's needs, based on her belief that treatment is inclusive of the whole and not just the diagnosis. She keeps her clinical skills fresh with her enthusiasm for her profession and her patients. In her spare time, Valerie enjoys reading, writing, riding motorcycles, and spending time with her husband Jim and two pit bull rescues, Vanilla Bean and Chocolate Chip.
