Austin graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, followed by a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2024. His clinical affiliations include Saint Peter’s University Hospital and P.G. Chambers School, where he worked with students with disabilities and developmental delays. During his undergraduate studies, he joined Trinity Rehab as a Rehab Technician before becoming a Staff Physical Therapist after achieving his doctorate. He believes that “salience matters” — that treatments should engage each individual patient’s interests and motivations in order to promote meaningful changes. During Austin’s free time, he enjoys playing golf and soccer; baking; and cheering on the Knicks, Yankees, and Chicago Bears.
