Amanda graduated from Ithaca College in 2010 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has worked in a variety of outpatient PT clinics for almost 10 years; with the last 5 years working here in Sparta. Amanda became a Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adult through the Academy of Geriatric Physical Therapy. She has also received a level 1 certification in IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) through Hawkgrips. Amanda is highly experienced in treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions, including vestibular dysfunctions and concussion management. Amanda’s treatment philosophy is patient centric and highly individualized utilizing a variety of exercise techniques, manual therapies, and education to ensure maximum benefit and patient satisfaction. In her free time, Amanda enjoys hiking and general adventuring with her husband and daughter.
