Maria Pontoriero graduated in 2012 from Monmouth University with a B.S. in Biology and went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chapman University in 2018.  Since beginning her career, Maria has gained experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings but has found her niche in outpatient orthopedics treating a variety of injuries and diagnoses ranging from acute sports injuries, post-operative conditions, and chronic pain. She is currently furthering her expertise as a manual therapist by taking Maitland courses.  Maria is excited and motivated to grow in her career as a physical therapist at Trinity Rehab.  In her free time, Maria keeps an active lifestyle by running and doing yoga.
