trinity rehab patients share their success stories

  • I am a 80,year old male who had a fall and split my forehead. When I felt better my doctor told me to go to physical therpathy. I was told that I must work on my balance and my gait. I was very reluctant and I really didn’t want to accept the fact that I must work on my balance. I worked at many very high places , bridges and even walked the cables on the George Washington Bridge many times. When told I need work on my balance was a tough pill to swallow. I went to the Middletown location for an evaluation and I told them that I don’t need help. After the evaluation I realized I did need help. I was set up with a course of treatment and as I got better and comfortable the exercise was made just a little bit tougher. We have had a couple of short meetings to discuss my progress and any question that I had was answered. I was never pressured and if anything I instituted same changes and the therapist said be careful and watched the slight changes that I made.
Put all of the therapy aside and let me tell you about how I feel about all of the people who work there. They are just wonderful and we talk a lot but they keep a close eye on me. Our interactions might seem light but when it comes to what I’m doing it a no nonsense approach and are serious about helping not only me but everyone that I see there. They are a GOOD team
Oh and I have gotten much better and have all of them to thank. I can’t climb on steel and bridges but I walk now without the fear of falling. I give a “well done”.

  • To Christina and the wonderful staff at the Conshy location,

    YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

I took a shot in the dark to try to get my bad shoulder better for nothing more than better quality of life. Not only did they help me get more range of motion in my damaged shoulder but they pushed me to to continue my training while away from the training room. Not only was the training room full of knowledgeable people but it was always full of positive energy, laughter, good music, good conversation and just good mojo. I will always be indebted to the crew at this establishment. Thank you is not enough but it is all i can say for now.

    Sincerely,
    Dennis

  • I want to leave a Grateful Thankyou to Ina Perez and to Trinity Rehab for the care they gave me from day 1 to the end as they provided me with great results and post care tips to get me back to where I was before my fracture. All the staff there were great including Steve, and Kristan and Nick

    Sincerely,

  • I had been battling ongoing pain from plantar faciitis for 10 months. After two months at Trinity Rehab in Paramus, NJ, I am finally able to walk without pain! Thank you to Vinny Puglia and the entire staff for their help, support and concern. I am very grateful!

    Sincerely,
    Evelyn

  • Hi, I attended Trinity Rehab in Somerset, NJ with Physical Therapist Achal Modi. I was in sudden excruciating pain in my sacrum and the orthopedist couldn’t see me for 6 weeks! I reached out to Trinity and Achal saw me right away. She evaluated me and developed a treatment plan including Epat therapy. I attended 3 times a week for six weeks. Achal got me back to baseline and I couldn’t be more grateful. What makes Achal even more special is the warm, friendly relaxed atmosphere she creates at the center between the staff and the patients. It is a pleasure to go there and see her and her wonderful, sweet team. Everyone is so helpful and a joy. I tell everyone that if they need physical therapy, they need look no further than Achal and her team at Trinity. She is a keeper! I hope you value her as much as I and her other patients, who I could see like her as much as I do.

    Sincerely,
    Karin

  • Steve and the gang in Hamilton were great! They made a fun atmosphere for my physical therapy. My lower back was in such severe pain that it was difficult to even walk! I was given floor and table exercises that helped to limit the discomfort. Exercises were adjusted as needed as we continued to focus on me and what would continue to improve my well being. After several months of PT, I am walking easily and doing exercises that were challenging at the start. Thanks so much for taking care of me, Trinity Rehab!

    Sincerely,
    LB

  • As a returning patient I gave nothing but great praise and gratitude for the care that I have received after my knee replacement surgery. From the first call that I made to schedule my evaluation after surgery I was reassured that I would be ok. Once I started my PT sessions every member of the team was there for me to be able to reach my goals . Although it was hard work I am extremely grateful to the team for the guidance and reassurance that I was doing good and that I was experiencing normal feelings .
After 12 weeks of therapy I completed with a home program and the reassurance that they are still there for ne if I need them .
Nothing but praise and gratitude for the Brick staff. Thank you I’m gonna miss you all

    Sincerely,
    Karen

  • I had such a great experience at Trinity Rehab in Woodcliff Lake. It’s hard to know which place to go to, so hopefully this testimonial helps someone. I had a herniated disc in my lower back and was prescribed PT. First, parking there is so easy because of the huge lot. The facility itself is very large, clean, and bright and all the equipment was in very good condition. The staff was very cheerful and accommodating. The care I received from Dr. Shinde was first class. She has such a positive demeanor and I could tell that she truly enjoys helping people improve their quality of life through physical therapy. I always felt better at the end of every session than I did when I arrived. Thank you so much for all your help and attentiveness.

    Sincerely,
    Derek

  • Nick is very nice, caring and knowledgeable physical therapist. He helped me regain my mobility and allowed me to enjoy my life again after suffering from my back pain for over a year. The staff is also super nice and very helpful. Thank you Warren Trinity Rehab for everything . For sure, I will recommend this place to everyone. Miss you all

    Sincerely,

  • I’ve just completed a course of therapy at Trinity Hackensack for Plantar Fasciitis staff from front desk to therapists to interns were personable and professional. Knowledgeable and encouraging. I came in gimping and left skipping. although I knew it was necessary, I was reluctant to commit to Physical Therapy but glad I did. Special thanks to Vin who directed my treatment.

    Sincerely,
    ROBERT

  • My experience at the Woodbridge location was great! Great service, very knowledgeable staff, and all were pleasant to deal with. The location was very clean and all of the equipment was well maintained. Cheyenne was great to work with….she really knows her stuff! All others were well trained, knowledgeable, pleasant, and you can tell everyone is there to help others. I highly recommend this site!

  • I went to the Trinity Rehab in Clifton after hearing, for the 40th time, a radio ad about the “EPAT” machine. My back had kind of collapsed, and I really had no idea why. I enjoy playing golf twice a week but the joy had been seeping out of my game as my ability to hit the ball began steadily declining. Finally, in constant if not excessive pain, with no resolution in sight, I just walked into Trinity and said, “OK. I’ll try it”. They put me on PT in addition to the EPAT machine. Progress was depressingly slow and every PT session was ardous. I never stopped attempting to play golf, because of my stubborn nature, but I was really struggling (and embarrassed) with my poor play. Finally after the EPAT sessions were done and I continued for another round of PT the light started to shine at the end of the tunnel. Joshua advised me that he didn’t think PT could do me any more good because I had achieved all the desired goals. I agreed. I had definitely improved my mobility and reduced, not eliminated, the pain in my lower back and hips. I anticipated that the final healing of the EPAT process would continue for a few more weeks. Then one week I went to the golf course and suddenly felt a normal, strong swing. I played the whole round feeling so normal that I couldn’t remember the last time I felt so good. My outlook towards PT changed and even though I have gone up and down since then, I rededicate myself to the exercise program and look forward to a great summer. I enjoyed working with Joshua at Clifton and he took special attention to me because I put the effort in. Well, at least I felt special. Thanks, Trinity Rehab!

    Sincerely,
    Stephen

  • My experience at Trinity Rehab at Sewell Nj has been great from my first conversation with Alexis on the phone to the great physical therapy advice from Dr. Daniel and Jasmine. I walked in with knee pain that would not resolve and left feeling amazing. My pain went from a 9-10 to a 0-1. I can’t say enough good things about the atmosphere and work ethic of all the employees at Trinity.

    Thank you so much.

    Sincerely,
    Barry

  • Elaine- and crew at Clark location

This was one of the best last minute decisions I’ve ever made. I walked in, in pain to see what services they had and if they could help. I was greeted from the very beginning with nothing but respect and genuine concern. Actually Elaine was on lunch but came to the front to answer all my questions. Throughout the whole process I felt as if they were watching my every move to help figure out what was causing my pain and from initial consult to my very last appointment all needs were met and beyond. After my 1st visit I felt about 80% relief and I felt heard and you can’t put a price on that! So thank you thank you for all you do, for your superb dedication definitely shows through your work!

    Sincerely,
    Denise

  • My family highly recommends the Newtown, Pa branch of Trinity Rehab. Our 91yr. old father is the patient and he began his therapy with Brandon. Brandon worked with Dad on strength and balance due to aging and several accidents he experienced leaving him needing a walker and likely to fall very easily. Brandon realized an underlying problem with leg extension and spent a great deal of time developing exercises that would strengthen the hip and quad areas. Several members of the family take turn driving Dad to his sessions so we all were able to witness the skill of Brandon and his manner which was so encouraging and positive. Brandon eventually went to the Wayne location and Dad began to work with Corey. Remarkably she also refined the program and Dad really benefitted from her care growing much stronger. From the friendly and efficient Kelly at the front desk to the staff and assistants in the therapy room, there is attention given to every task. We 100% recommend Newtown Trinity Rehab to be the place where bodies can recover and grow strong again.

    Sincerely,
    Debbie for patient David

  • J’ever walk into a medical office to that dreaded little glass sliding window and stand there with three people behind the glass and no one even looks at you while you stand there with ten people sitting behind you while the rain drips off your head? Then the receptionist finally swallows her last bite of her ham sandwich but still does not look up at you? Then you take out your phone and look into the black screen for your reflection to be sure you are not invisible? Then the window
slowly opens and someone barks at you…..”what is your birth date!”
(I thought I had a name). Welllll…that is not going to happen here
in the Emerson location of Trinity. No window, no ham sandwich, no
barking. I was greeted with….You must be Joseph!….with a huge
friendly smile from Lisa. During the three months I attended their
sessions on my back which was fixed by Lauren, the most friendly
(near MD) I ever met. There was not a single member of the staff who
did not address me by my first name when I came in or left. Wow, how
refreshing! I felt like a person. That is not to mention that my
back was fixed and I feel like I am 52 again! The difference with
these great people is they love their jobs. I will never ever have
to worry about my back going out again. True professionalism.

    Sincerely,
    Joseph

  • I started at Trinity with debilitating sciatica so bad, I could barely walk, drive, or turn over in bed. Achal in Somerset told me to give it 4-6 weeks at 3 times a week. I did exactly what she told me and within 2 weeks and 2 EPAT treatments, I was at least 50% better. Within 5 weeks it was 90% better. I’m happy to say I ended my 6th week (and 6th EPAT) and am completely PAIN FREE. Progress can’t be judged on a day-to-day basis, but really on a weekly basis. Some therapy days or the day after, I felt so sore but overall, I quickly saw the improvement. SHOW UP for your sessions, DO THE WORK, and BE PATIENT. It really works and Achal is an angel! Everyone in the Somerset office was wonderful, friendly, supportive, and accommodating. There is plenty of encouragement and positivity. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE TREATMENT IN THE SOMERSET OFFICE. Thank you all for helping me!

    Sincerely,
    Dawn

  • After a successful experience by Dale and team on my back problem it was an easy choice to pick Wayne Trinity Rehab for a serious shoulder issue. In addition to over a quarter century of experience Dale has created a comfortable ambience that adds to her exceptional knowledge and skills I diagnosing and remediating injuries. I share the frequently stated comments that Dale/Wayne Trinity is the only facility I actually enjoy visiting with the best results!

    Sincerely,
    Jim

  • To Alexandra Couzo and the entire team at the Matawan location:

Thank you for the top notch treatment I received for my double tennis elbow. You were aware of my goal from the beginning and created a successful plan in the time you promised. Your professionalism and attentiveness at each and every session was impressive and I am very appreciative of your kindness toward me. As I move forward with my personalized maintenance plan, I am continually grateful for all of your expert care. Thank you for all of your support!

    With much gratitude, Lisa Waters

  • I had been to an orthopedic dr who suggested therapy for my shoulder issue. While I was mulling it over, I kept hearing these ads on the radio for Trinity Rehab – mainly for the EPAT machine and how much success people were having. I am probably the world’s biggest skeptic, but I was at a point where the pain was consuming my life. I had just about stopped using my left arm at all and I felt it was becoming so weak that it was worth taking a chance – I had nothing to lose right? My evaluation with Jeremy was so informative and he really made me feel like he “got it”. I signed up and I couldn’t be happier. After the 1st EPAT treatment, I felt a difference…not huge…but SOMETHING was definitely going on. By the 3rd week my shoulder was no longer keeping me up at night. 4th week….doing things that I didn’t even realize I had stopped doing- driving with that arm, pulling up to the ATM- putting dishes away – no problems! Had my final EPAT last Monday and that weekend I deep cleaned 2 bathrooms, took down the shower curtains and rehung them and honestly, did not think about my shoulder once!! (ugh…now I have no excuses…lol). Everyone at the Cherry Hill location has been wonderful – even the patients there are so friendly and I believe it’s because they’re all feeling better. EPAT wasn’t that bad, and it sure worked for me. I have been singing it’s praises to friends and family and they definitely are noticing a difference in me. Most people dread PT but I can honestly say it’s been one of the most rewarding things I’ve done for myself in a long time. If you’re in pain….you don’t have to be!! Go see Jeremy and the rest of the team and they will set you straight. I couldn’t be happier!! This skeptic has been proven wrong 

    Sincerely,
    Valerie

  • To Christine, Brenda and Lisa at the Shrewsbury office,
I went to Trinity for plantar fasciitis after hearing about the great results on the radio. I had received prior treatment from a healthcare provider that was only a temporary fix so I decided to try them.
From the very first day I spoke to Lisa, the front desk coordinator, I was impressed with being able to get an appointment within one day.
My Physical Therapist, Christine, was extremely professional, patient and compassionate. She made great recommendations for the right sneakers and dress shoes for a wedding I had to attend. (They were perfect and I was able to dance without any pain!) Brenda, my P.T. tech was right by my side to assist me with any equipment and always greeted me with a smile.
I completed my treatment plan today, am completed satisfied and will highly recommend them for any physical therapy needs.
Thank you Trinity Rehab for making me feel good again!
    Sincerely,
    Susan

  • Cheyenne, Ricky, Michael and Staff –

I completed my therapy following back surgery at the end of January 2022. It is now April and I have never felt better! I can’t stress enough how important PT is to patient recovery. Cheyenne was my personal therapist. I have had back problems for well over 30 years and have done PT/Epidurals, nerve ablations you name it. Cheyenne assessed my concerns and undid over 30 years of pain, muscle tightness, spasms, and a world of pain.

She created a personal program tailored to my direct needs. I pushed myself to get the maximum benefit. Her expertise, knowledge, and experience are unparalleled. Her Dr/Patient manner is extremely professional, yet I felt like I left with a friend. She treats her patients with a great deal of respect and concern for their individual needs.
The entire staff is a well-oiled machine. When Cheyenne was at another location, her colleagues Ricky and Michael stepped right in. They are both excellent therapists as well! From Briana the Office Administrator to Renee and Chantel the Rehab Techs – Trinity Rehab in Metuchen is the ONLY place I would recommend family and friends to go for outstanding, ideal, personal patient care.
In the past, I have had PTs who gave me exercises and never watched what I did. Trinity is top notch care with individualized patient programs leading to outstanding, long-lasting results.

Keep up the great work! I hope I won’t need you – but I know where to find you if I do!
Best wishes to the team! Continue the phenomenal work you do – it is greatly appreciated!

    Sincerely,
    Debbie

  • I have just completed my final round of visits to your Allwood/Clifton branch and could not have been happier. From reception (when I first called to find out about the EPAT) to being greeted wonderfully each time I came in by Delilah, who was so supportive on the phone that first time and every I came in, to the amazing staff, as much from my main guy Josh, who really worked hard to nail down what was going on with me and set such a positive tone, to Jayme, who really keeps things spinning and has such a great bright sense of humor (and so smart, as is everybody there!) to all the supporting staff, such sweet personable people who seem to really care…I can’t say enough good things about your team. I was suffering a good five years, and this is the first time I have found relief, but I can’t recall meeting a group of people who cared so much for my well-being (and everybody else who I saw come into the facility) and made me feel so welcome.
Yes the EPAT is great as are the exercises I learned in PT to continue, but it’s your great people who make Trinity!
I have leaving reviews online, I hate being online really at all…but this was such a great experience I felt I had to reach out and leave this digital graffiti.

    Sincerely,
    Ralph

  • I went to Trinity rehab January 2022 with chronic rt wrist pain from a old fracture. After 5 EPAT treatments, physical therapy my pain is almost gone. Thanks to the terrific staff at the Upper Dublin location Scott the physical therapist, his assistant Jenn and receptionist Sharon. All very wecoming and felt very safe with Covid protocols. My time there went so quickly. Highly recommend them.

    Sincerely,

  • I’ve been coming to the East Brunswick facility about a month almost.
I look so forward to going. Everyone is so friendly and always there to help you
I like the idea that they clean everything after it has been used
    I’m feeling so much better.
I’m still going and it makes my day

    Sincerely,

  • I had a very good experience at Trinity. The quality of care, the professionalism, the courtesy and concern, and the positivity of everyone from office manager to aides to PTs was outstanding. It made a situation involving terrible pain/limitation and fear one that changed to optimism and less pain and more functionality. I mostly worked with Rob and he was a pleasure to interact with and showed strong commitment and a realistic but positive approach. He said it might take some time but believed the program would work. This provided encouragement and assuaged fears. I also learned from he and others there more about my condition and how complex the body is but how powerful some simple exercises can be, and it was information that will be quite practical going forward for the foreseeable future. While I hope I never have to return for more therapy (even though I enjoyed being with everyone there), it gives peace of mind to know this place is out there. Thank you.

    Sincerely,
    Mark

  • Trinity Rehab Short Hills are simply the BEST, very professional, very clean and everyone knows what they’re doing. I have seen different therapist over the years but no one has helped me like Andrew Marques has. He understands what my recovery requires and has designed specific exercises and approaches that help me heal now and that will also help me have a higher quality of life in the future.

  • I was prescribed P/T by my orthopedist for a torn meniscus. I was quite pessimistic on the purpose of the treatment, as surgery was expected. I met with Dr. Matt and boy was I wrong. Though I still plan to have the surgery in a few weeks, I’m in better shape leading into the procedure and better prepared for a speedy recovery. I’m also better educated on what may have contributed to my condition. Dr. Matt gave me exercises that I plan to do for life. He has a great team working with him!

    Sincerely,
    Bruce

  • I’ve been going to Morristown Rehab for over a month now and I really feel such a great sign of improvement. Elain and her staff are very focused on each individual patient and they direct each individual on a one to one basis. Elain is going the extra mile with my issues and is really helping me feel so much better and helping me regain my strength that I thought I would never get back. I have some time to go but every day is a good day and I feel like I will reach my goals thanks to Elain and the staff at Morristown NJ Rehab.

    Sincerely,
    Lenora

  • The team at Trinity Rehab in East Brunswick is the best. I have had sessions at the rehab twice 6+ weeks. Each time the team got me back on my feet. The first time I received treatment my balance was off and I had to hold on to the wall and bars to perform activities. When I left, I could stand, walk and do activities by myself. The second time my balance was off a little and I needed therapy for my back and hips. Again, I left Trinity Rehab able to walk, stand and some running. Great team!!!

    Sincerely,
    Geneva

  • At this time I would love thank Melissa Delacruz and all her staff for a professional yet fun & caring atmosphere at Trinity Rehab in Whiting, N.J.I was well taken care of with my situation of my right shoulder. Not only was it informative, but my shoulder was relieved of pain through a series of regimented exercises, deep massage cold pack an electrical stimulation, and new and revolutionary “EPAT”

    Sincerely,
    Wayne

  • I would like to thank all the Therapists, especially Michael, and support staff for the wonderful care I received during my weeks of PT. I had been a patient at other rehab centers in the past and found this one to be the very best. I have recommended Trinity to friends and know they have been equally pleased. Will go back in a heart beat if needed again!

    Sincerely,
    Ellen

  • I have attended the Somerset facility twice within a 6 month period. The staff is highly competent, attentive, and friendly. The lead PT, April Catrambone, is amazing. She makes you feel so welcomed and tailors your program to achieve maximum results. She is highly organized, skilled, and always has a watchful eye on your treatment when you are working with the PT tech. The PT techs are highly committed and educated para professionals. Loved working with Brittany and new tech, Natalie. With April’s leadership skills and sensitive personality the Somerset office has a homey feel in which you feel like a person, not a number, and receive targeted therapeutic treatment. I would not go anywhere else. I would also like to thank, Alexandra Couzo, PT, for starting the process. Again, a considerate and competent professional.

    Sincerely,
    Peggy

  • The staff at Trinity Rehab in Matawan was very knowledgeable, attentive and supportive in my recovery. John and everyone there made me feel so welcome and really cared for from the first time I attended. They stay very attentive to your needs and how you are feeling each day and push you just enough to heal.
    5 stars, absolutely!!

    Sincerely,
    Elissa

  • I would like to express my gratitude to Jeralyn and John from the Matawan office. I was recovering from surgery on my arthritic big toe, and received physical therapy from them. My recovery exceeded my expectations. The staff was very helpful and could not have done more to help me. I feel that their knowledge was crucial in helping me to achieve the range of motion I am now enjoying.

    Sincerely,
    George

  • Thumbs up to John Tramontana and the staff at the Matawan location.
The attention, caring, consideration, knowledge, kindness and treatment plan was outstanding. They have helped me get through the pain I was experiencing in my knee and back with the utmost care and experience. John or one of the staff are by your side the moment you walk in until your session is completed. They treat each one of their clients with the same loving and caring manner, I had, in the past, gone to another local rehab center but they did not come close and could not compare to what you experience with Trinity Rehab. In the future, if I need to go for rehab — Trinity Rehab will be the place I contact — with no hesitation.

    Sincerely,
    Carol

  • Before starting physical therapy at Trinity Rehab in East Brunswick, I was dealing with frequent pain from herniated discs in the cervical spine as well as in the lumbar/sacral spine areas. I also had heel pain. I would get muscle spasms, soreness and nerve irritation. Dealing with daily back pain would often make me tire easily. I tried two popular and recommended physical therapy facilities in the past and was greatly disappointed. Both places seemed to operate on the same premise-they gave about 30 minutes of time to me and they often left me alone to do the exercises without professional guidance. After a few weeks of exercise, I completed their program and was still left with the similar discomforts I came in for. But everything changed like magic when I went to Trinity Rehab in East Brunswick. It has been a night and day experience. I have gotten treated like royalty there. The highly trained and dedicated staff of Kate and Mike have made a difference in my life. Although the underlying structural problems still exist, I am not reminded of them as frequently and live an active life now. Kate and Mike took a detailed analysis of my physical and medical situation and tailored a personalized approach to my treatment. They targeted my problem areas and treated them with precision. And I was followed with every exercise by their trained therapy staff, especially Matt. I would even find Kate and Mike watching me as well and even corrected any subtlety of a change in my stance to maximize the benefits of the exercises. I was given whatever time was needed to complete the series of exercises. So 1 1/2 hours per session was standard. They changed the exercises as needed to more appropriate ones as I improved. Plus, I was given exercises at home to complement the treatment I was getting. Trinity Rehab has changed my life by giving me hope and inspiration. The staff is so sincere, dedicated and highly skilled. Plus, I always left each treatment session with a smile. The staff was so personable with a great sense of humor as well. Trinity Rehab should be the one facility where all other physical rehab facilities model themselves by. Their standard of excellence is incomparable.

    Sincerely,
    Susan

  • Ill start by saying that for this former military man i was very skeptical when I first went to see Mellissa da la Cruz and her team! I thought what could they possibly do that the US government had not? Well boy was I in for a change of heart, the total professionalism and the desire the they all had to make me better was undeniable it took time but I did find out that PT physical therapy. and PT physical training as far as the US Navy goes is two very different things! I now believe that a trinity pt clinic should be across the street from the US Naval special warfare center in Coronado! Bottom line is that this TEAM and yes capital letters TEAM had not been told the definition of give up! They made pushing just that little bit more, that we are almost there, into fun and it worked so well that I not only have a shoulder that is more than 100% better but my entire body seems to work better! I truly do have a new found respect for PT and I also made a lot of new friends in the time I spent going to PT! This may go over the heads of some but my friends at East Brunswick Trinity will understand, when I say I almost with I had another problem that made going back necessary! You all are hero’s to me!
    thanks DOC!

  • I had the pleasure over the past 15 weeks of working with Matthew Farag administering his outstanding services with a program that was fitting for a professional athlete. It would be easy for me to be long winded on how well organized his program was tailored for my specific injury but needless say his skills and knowledge was without a doubt very impressive. Tough but gentle in demeanor Matthew is clearly a professional and will make a huge difference in his patients physical health. I’m thrilled to have been his patient, he has helped me regain movement to my shoulder. Great job!!

    Sincerely,
    Bob

  • After being treated for a knee problem( which i was delighted to feel 90% better after only ONE visit) i returned to the Howell location for my shoulder. Jo Anne and her staff worked wonders and I’m back to my regular daily activities which include working out at the gym. The 101.5 radio advertisement is true! Never had to wait as they are punctual with seeing a patient as scheduled. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable .

  • I had therapy for my neck several months ago. I couldn’t turn any way without severe pain. Since then, I am now reaping the rewards. I can turn my neck in any direction without pain! My therapist was Dan Pepitone. He worked with me for 6 weeks doing specific exercises, and hands on therapy. He is very knowledgeable, confident and skilled at his job, as well as being friendly and personable. He has an engaging manner that puts patients at ease. It was a pleasure to have worked with him. All the Staff and Assistants were great, and always helpful. I would highly Trinity to anyone!

  • The good things you hear about Trinity are all true, I have experienced it myself first hand. I walked (barely) into Trinity of Brick a few months back not knowing what to expect as it was my first time. Laura was extremely thorough right off the bat with what I needed to do. With my L5 S1 disc bulge limiting my mobility, I was in a huge panic. I needed to be able to walk ASAP, and they made it happen. The personal, one on one treatment is essential to your progression. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, and as the weeks go on you begin to feel “at home” at Trinity-Brick. When it comes to your body, I feel it is extremely vital to feel comfortable with whoever it is working with you, and they make that happen & then some. Real, honest, great people. Thanks again guys! I wouldn’t be back on my feet without you!

    Sincerely,
    Ryan

  • I have been going to Trinity rehab in Toms River for a month now. I suffer from bilateral heel spurs with achilles tendinitis. I was limping and had pain so bad it traveled up both calves. I am in my early 40’s and hobbled around like I was much older. I had bad experiences in the past with therapy where I was injured by a therapist and I was reluctant to try again. After 2 years of not being able to bear the constant pain, I went to Trinity and spoke with Jeremy who became my therapist. He assured me I would be OK and that I would benefit from EPAT therapy. I have had 4 treatments so far and what amazing results! Jeremy is very patient and is giving me my life back. I am very grateful to him and the rest of the staff at Trinity for helping me.

    Sincerely,

  • My 1st visit at Trinity Rehab was for a consult and evaluation. I was assigned to Jeremy who was very thorough and presented me with several options. I chose the EPAT treatment with physical therapy. At start I had severe pain in left knee. After weeks of combined therapy and treatment I am 99% back to normal function with 99% pain relief. I would like to congratulate Trinity Rehab staff for their professional attitude & knowledge. I have attended other rehab companies and nothing compared to the attention, knowledge and modern approach Trinity Takes with their patients.

    Sincerely,
    Pete

  • I went to Trinity Rehab because I had fallen and hurt my knee months ago. I was having a lot of pain and there was swelling. Marc and the staff really helped me. The exercises they helped me with took the pain away and also the swelling. I want to thank everyone at Trinity Rehab in Howell, and I highly recommend them

    Sincerely,

  • Trinity does remarkable work. Their people are professional, friendly gracious and caring. The programs are completely well suited to each individual and bear results. The amount of time they spend with you is unbelievable. You get plenty of time and attention and they constantly check on you to make sure you are comfortable. I’m very satisfied. I recommend them very very highly.

  • After 3 years of trying everything for my hip bursitis, including physical therapy, steroid injections, & acupuncture I came to Trinity Rehab for EPAT. After a full evaluation, Jeralyn worked with me for 12 PT sessions and 5 EPAT applications. It’s been about a month and for the first time in a long time I can walk without getting the debilitating pain in my hip. I have been to many physical therapists over the years, for different issues, but Jeralyn was the best PT that I have worked with.

    Sincerely,
    Robin

  • I started coming here for the EPAT. It has helped me with my Morton’s Neuroma and plantar fasciitis. I continued with physical therapy because I have been restricted from many activities due to knee pain. Now I have no problem walking down a flight of stairs, bicycling, squatting and bending. I am looking forward to doing a lot of activities that I have not been able to do for quite a few years. I am thrilled to have so much improvement and my activity level back. It was such a pleasant experience, all the therapists were wonderful.

    Sincerely,
    Mary Ellen Grelis

  • Could not walk without a walker when I started coming here, 1st visit I walked out without my walker. Treatment was excellent. Everyone was wonderful taking care of me and I love you all for what you have done to put me back on my feet. It was a long 3 years having pain and only took you 3 months to get me out of my pain!

    Sincerely,
    Dolores

  • I was in a lot of pain with my right shoulder when I first came to Trinity, but since going there I’m much better and no longer have a lot of pain. The therapists and technicians were very knowledgeable and helpful. The receptionist always greeted your with a smile. It was easy to get an appointment and I was always taken on time “no waiting”. It was a pleasurable experience and I would highly recommend Trinity Rehab in East Brunswick.

    Sincerely,
    Diane

  • The AlterG is amazing! When I started, I had the goal to run again- after hip surgery in June 2014. Starting at 40%, I gingerly began running. Each week I added 5% inching closer to my goal. Today I ran for 20 minutes at 100%! I have not done that since October 2013 when I first finished my 2nd marathon. Without the AlterG, I’m not sure I’d have the courage to try running again, but it’s an activity I love! Thanks for helping me get my Running legs back!

    Sincerely,
    Marcie

  • When I first started I could not sit or stand without intense pain in my left shoulder and upper left arm due to a pinched nerve. Daily activities, including driving were severely limited. After working with your physical therapists and staff, I am back to normal with no pain. The staff here in East Brunswick has not only demonstrated their professionalism, but also their friendliness and concern for my well-being.

    Sincerely,
    Frank

  • When I started therapy my right shoulder and hand were painful, tender and sore. Reaching and stretching my arm to clean and moving it at certain angles would be jolting at times. I felt I needed to strengthen it so as to not lose mobility. After having therapy here twice a week and working with such a great team of therapists I am leaving feeling a 100% better. Thank you for such tender loving care.

    Sincerely,
    Providence

  • I sought help from Trinity in Howell due to pain in my right hip which impaired my ability to drive and to get in and out of my car. Therapy at Trinity gave me back my ability to do all of the above and markedly decreased my pain. Since my initial consult, I have been diagnosed with severe arthritis in my right hip and I will continue in therapy until I am a candidate for a hip replacement. I chose Trinity due to reading their testimonials from past patients and their convenient hours so that I did not have to take time from work to get treatment, which allowed me to work until my retirement. Having worked as a Speech Pathologist for over 40 years with PTs and OTs, I feel that the staff at Trinity is knowledgeable in the field of Rehab, especially Valerie Dellocono, who in my opinion “really knows her stuff”. The staff is compassionate and caring and you never feel rushed or pressed for time. I highly recommend Trinity Rehab in Howell.

    Sincerely,
    Rosemary

  • What an amazing team at Brick! Incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and its conditions. I came to Brick Trinity with long suffering back and leg problems. I was at a cross road, back surgery or an attempt at rehab. I believe I made the right decision. They know each patient and create an atmosphere that is calming and friendly. Their conversations with the patients can be comedic at times which definitely aids in making the session more comforting and productive. It all started with Dennis and Judy and ended with Jeremy, Amanda, John, Jenna and Carmella. Thanks to all.

    Sincerely,
    Jim

  • About 15 years ago I tore both my shoulders lifting in college. I had torn cartilage in both and my labrum in my right shoulder according to the MRI. After my consulting an orthopedic, he told me to defer the surgery unless I was a professional athlete, which I’m not, or until the symptoms interfered with my daily life.

Well the torn labrum did indeed catch up with me after 15 years of scar tissue build up and sure enough I started having problems taking my shirts on and off. So surgery was back on the table. That’s when I heard about the EPAT therapy at Trinity Rehab. I’m pretty much a skeptic but since it’s non-invasive and my other option was going under the knife I gave it a go.

EPAT is no walk in the park but, then again, neither is surgery. They blast your shoulder with some device to break up the scar tissue. Surely not a very pleasant experience while they are working on it which luckily takes under 10 mins but several session. The first is the worst with each one subsequent session being significantly more tolerable. But low and behold after a few weeks I was regaining mobility in my shoulder (they only did my right one).

With daily rehab exercises and EPAT I can tell you my right shoulder now feels better than my left one. The rehab was too painful to do prior to the EPAT.

After the success of my shoulder, I’ve already gone back to treat a new hamstring tear I got doing hill sprints. It felt better after only one session and I didn’t have to go back for any more.

I’m a believer and now I’m looking at possibly having this done on several of my other injuries. I’d completely recommend this prior to surgery to anyone. Surgery or not you have to do the rehab to get back the strength so to me it’s why risk complications until you’ve tried the alternatives.

    Sincerely,
    Sam

  • The staff at the Matawan Trinity Rehab are professionals with a special touch of kindness and a whole lot of therapeutic expertise. The pain that kept me from sleeping and hindered my daily activities is gone. I have a program to follow to prevent relapse. And, I have good memories of very special people. Jeralyn efficiently runs the practice and oversees the care of all patients. Her student who is in his final year of study for his doctorate, Shady Ahmed, is an excellent therapist with an engaging manner that puts the patient at ease. The PT Assistants (who aspire to careers in physical therapy) and Casey, the receptionist, are very kind and helpful young people.
